Wrong order received

I ordered a PS4 from fnb connect for R489. The deal was that it would come with 2 controllers and 5 games. The delivery came today and It only has 1 controller and 3 games which is the deal for R469. I've called in to find out where things went wrong but no one can assist me. I just need to know what happened.
