WRONG NUMBER NUMBER GIVEN BY THE CALL CENTRE

I called FNBtoday wanting to query about the unknown debit orders going off my account ,however I had to call the call centre about 5 times before I got assistance let alone having to wait to get through to someone , finally when you get through the person answering takes time to respond I had to say hello 6 times before getting response. Then after having spoken to someone I was given a wrong number *** to call I'm not happy with their service at all I'm worried about my money taken and people hired to assist not doing their job I'm very furious and did not get any assistance... .
