Wrong monthly bank charges on my new account not what was agreed to when I opened this account

I went to open a cheaper monthly account at the Glen First National Banķ the consultant offered me my òptions and I made the choice for the Islamic Easy debit account . I followed up around a week later as to why I did not receive my card only to find out the consultant never asked me if I required a card . I had that sorted out by having to complain then having to return to the branch to resolve this unwanted mess . Now I'm being charged the incorrect banking fee for this account and the ****ing idiots you speak to online secure chats are real ****ing donkeys they are totally ****ed up . Why does a person have to deal with such ****ing incompetence every ****ing day these ****ers tell me they cannot reverse the bank charges that they put there . That is so ****ing disgusting so it's the customers fault that they are ****ing stupid
