Wrong money

I owe Fnb a loan and made arrangements on how I will pay the money.Then next thing I borrowed money for funeral arrangements then fnb took all the money and I tried calling and explaining the rudeness I got from their agents telling me I need to pay the loan .I told them I know but that money was for funeral..im writing this im waiting for the money to be reversed we can't bury because there's no coffin. FNB TOOK THE MONEY .AS IF I WASNT GONNA PAY THEM.
