Wrong listing

Temp loan I have been struggling to get a prescription letter from this bank of mine, I have sent them several emails but no response. My ref ***Q. Oh guys I do not know why I am still banking with you. 1st I logged a request for you to stop a company that was deducting money from my account. I did not get any help until I deactivated my virtual card. Now I learnt that I am listed on vccb for 2 temp loans for the same day with different amounts how ridiculous is that. Please send me my prescription letter together with a letter that states that I took only one temp loan not the 2 you listed me for. 1st letter for the temp loan that prescribe 2nd letter for the 2nd temp loan that I never took please asap before I go to Ombudsman you have my number sort this please
