Wrong Interest Rate on Home loan and Refusal by FNB to move Debit Order Date.

I recently purchased a house on an FNB home loan. The house was successfully registered on the 17/18th of June 2020. I did not receive any help from the consultant that assisted me to get the home loan regarding how to go about the loan once it was completed. I even have a different interest rate compared to what was agreed upon in the application. I did not receive the extra +.25 discount I was to get as a private client registering their bond whilst still with FNB. My interest rate is over what it's supposed to be by that 0.25. I tried to contact Home Loans and request help on secure chat to no avail. Neither the consultant Mark nor my private banker is anywhere to be found to assist with that. They are far from as helpful as they were when I was applying for the bond. They do not respond to my messages or return my calls which I find appalling as I need their assistance to understand how my newly granted loan works. That's complaint number 1.

Complaint 2: I asked to set my debit order date to the first day of the month. Because I get paid only on the last day of the month. I called home loans and they advised me that I can't change the debit order date. It is what it is. I was proactive about it and made payment to the home loan account *** of the amount due on the 6th of July 2020. But today on the 21st of July I wake up to a failed debit order of the same amount I paid to the home loan account in the first week of July. I am so confused. If I cant set a prefered debit order date, why does the bank not acknowledge the payment I made. This failed debit, by the way, comes with an R110 penalty and messes up my credit score. I don't understand how a debit order date cannot be changed to suit a client's pay date. Or is the plan to intentionally make client look like bad payers. Its my first instalment and already I have missed a payment despite paying directly to the home loan account. This will definitely have a negative impact 6 months down the line when need a renovation loan for the same property.

May I kindly have both issues resolved. That is how FNB CAN HELP ME.
