WRONG INFORMATION PROVIDED

I was on unpaid maternity leave and it happened that I had a loan with FNB which turned to be on arrears.i've already settled it on the 26/09/2015 acc nr ***.but FNB provided wrong information at credit Bureau they said they couldn't get hold of me so they decided to write my account off.and it reflects very negative under my name Ive been in and out of their offices,making calls everyday I spoke to Ntombikayise,Nompumelelo,Mamsie and Nicodemus.2ndly they have early debit orders that took place on the 24th of everymonth messing up my name as well,Ive asked them to change that they also playing hide and sick the last person I spoke to was WILLEM.regarding this.
