Wrong info received puts me in a bad position

I had a heart transplant 8 months ago and didn't work for 4 months. The last 4 months i'm back at work and all is back to normal. I still have accounts from the time I was off which i'm trying to settle. All of the above does not get considered at FNB anymore! I app**** for my overdraft to be increased, with no luck. The only thing they can offer me is a loan at 32% interest (Kick a lying dog) up to 80K. I took out the loan for only the 25K I needed and when it payed out, the loan first settled an old loan and only paid out 9K. I need 25K as I told them from the start. If they told me it would settle an old loan first, i would have made the new loan for more to include the settlement of the old loan. I contacted FNB now and they told me that i can't increase the loan now for the 16K i still need. So, my problem is: Last week i could have borrowed 80K and because I was given the wrong information after spending a day at Waterfall mall (I'm paying for personal banking service but they don't have it at that branch) now this week I cant borrow the outstanding 16K I need because i took out a loan last week. ***?
