Wrong email addresses for fnb cession dept or telephone no?

I've been trying to cancel three policysdue to !!!affordability!!from fnb loans dept since 10 June 2021 send the cession forms nd policy contacts of my policy to fnblifeclaims@fnb,loans @fnb.co.za,*** ,so I'm not so sure is the cessions email correct please help any one at fnb? Kind regards M.Klassen
