Wrong Debit Order Date without consent
Opened a Personal Loan Account in March 2015, since then I have to phone constantly or visit their branch on a monthly basis with queries.<br> I specifically told them they my salary is only being paid on the 25th, but they keep deducting die instalment on the 23rd and reverse when there is insufficient funds. <br> Today I transferred money from one account to my account to pay school stuff that has a deadline for today and as soon as the money was transferred the debit order went off. Went to the bank and all they say is, \eish
