Wrong debit amount for loan repayment

Fnb debit my account the WRONG amount for the repayment of my loan amount. It's payment for more than 2 months!!! Why must I run around from one point to another or wait on the phone so long for help and there is now direct line for this. I want the money back and the repayment as to the contract or agreement!!! Today!!!!
