Wrong credit card and no feedback

I went into fnb randridge mall branch on 26th February to apply for a credit card. I dealt with Mthunzi T Mavimbela.

There are a number of things i am extremely upset about that have caused me to cancel my credit card application.

1. I wanted a premium credit card so that it could be bundled with my premium cheque account in order to benefit from the bundled pricing option as well as the ebucks.

Mthunzi T Mavimbela told me he was applying for a premium credit card for me. When all the forms were printed and i had to sign them i noticed a section which mentioned a private credit card and the monthly price for the credit card. i asked Mthunzi T Mavimbela about this as i dont want a private credit card and he told me not to worry and that i am applying for a premium credit card.

2. As i am self employed i had to send a copy of my ITA34 which was done on Feburary 26.

I phoned fnb today, only to find out that they are still waiting for my ITA34 and that my application is for a private clients credit card and not a premium credit card like i had requested. FNB did not even bother to let me know they did not get my ITA34, and instead left me waiting til i eventually phoned them.
