Wrong cash recipient ATM

Hello Peter, I deposited money into the wrong account by mistake, kept the slips and went to an FNB branch for help. They able to contact the person for me and asked them to go to their nearest FNB branch to authorize the bank to deposit the amount into my business account. The person never went, this was two and a half weeks ago, I have not gotten help, the only thing they keep telling me is that the amount is still there but nothing is happening. The person I deposited money into keeps saying they will go authorise but they never do. I don't know what to do anymore, been tossed back and forth even to small claims court and still can't find help. I ask that someone in a senior position at FNB reads this and help me get back my money.
