Wrong and unfair listing.

My misery started when I took temp loan with FNB which I had to call them to deduct money back after 2 months of SMSs from then yet money in my account. On the 29th of May finally settled the loan. June 22 got a listing on ITC, 3 months arrears. I have been calling FNB everyday getting forwarded 7 places then phone get dropped off afterwards. I can't get a car or bond now thanks to FNB. I spend every day 30 frustrating minutes on useless call with FNB
