Wrong and deceiving advertising from FNB

I saw an ad that advertised 40% off smart devices with fnb. When checking the shop there's not a single item thats 40% off. This is dishonest marketing and should be *******! I have made friends and family check who are on level 3,4 and 5 of ebucks and still nothing appears to be 40% off.
