WRONG ADDRESS ON MY MONTHLY STATEMENT

*** oh *** I try to change my address on my statement I received via e-mail, month after month, year after year, still address, that is unknown to myself, I never stay at such address, I even 'walk the extra mile(s)' went to three branches, with proof of my address, send my latest levies, rates account, with proof of address, but still when I received my monthly statement it stated this address, what else do you need, is it that hard to change a wrong address, not sure who add this address to my statement, as it was for sure not myself. Please be so kind to change my address, and please do send me a mail, when you did change my address, do you need proof once again of what my correct address is? For +-36 months I send mails with my correct address, and *** oh ***, come month end, still wrong address.
