Wrong account closed by FNB and debt added as due now...

I am banking for FNB for a few years now. Love the bank overall for many reasons. But last week something tragic happened that needs URGENT attention... Long story short, I have requested to close one of my debit accounts linked to my profile as it is a dormant account that I don't need. FNB has accidentally closed my revolving facility account and put all of the debt onto my main cheque account as money that is overdue and needs to be paid immediately! FNB has recognized the error and asked for an apology, but days have passed and I am still waiting for the error to be corrected and for my facility to be re-instated, as well as the outstanding to be paid back ASAP. FNB I kindly request this to be fixed today and for feedback to be given ASAP, thanks.
