Wow...how disappointing :-(

Normally I brag about what an awesome Bank FNB is and how easy their services make our life! Until now..... where i have been waiting 3 weeks to increase my pre-approved credit card limit by less than half of what they offered me, and after more than 6 phones calls still nothing. Every-time i just have to hear how the approval from my side they didn't receive and its been escalated. Today again the new agent i spoke to have to escalate it again..wow! I have now words for how disappointed I feel. Maybe Capitec Bank it the new and approved and time to move!
