Wow wow wow
The service I'm getting from FNB these days is pathetic, my credit card was settled in full last year July and to my surprise today I'm told that I'm in arrears and the account has been sent to the legal department.

16 Aug 2022, 08:41I received an email saying you will update my profile on ITC but start internally 1st because that's where I was told that I'm arrears, I'm not gonna wait for more than 48hrs you had a chance to fix this from July 2021.
