Wow service !!!

Went to the branch @Forest Hill so frustrated by another company that treated me unfairly, met with such a cheerful consultant that helped me so patiently while assuring me everything will be okay. My account with FNB was closed in 2019/07 and this other company claim to have paid my refund into the same closed account even after I sent the POP with n w banking details and bank confirmation letter for the current account to be refunded to. The same *********** company now commands me to get proof that my account was closed with FNB, such inconvenience. The guy that helped me I forgot his name, however he was so helpful he calmed me down while getting any proof of account existence and closur for me. I then sent the docs to that company my refund was processed same day and received the following day. After waiting for the refund for 4 weeks.
