Wow! Pathetic department!!!!!!! Don't waste your time getting the product

Fnb Life, accidental death and disability department is pathetic! I've been trying to get through to them for almost 2months, emails sent however no feedback!

I called multiple times and the phone is answered, they pick up but no one speaks so you can hear what's happening in the background. This department is very quick to call and sell their products, but after sales service is non existent! I am quite horrified trying to think what it would be like trying to claim!

I want to cancel this product with immediate effect!
