Wow bitter they laughed

So unfortunately im being sent pillar to post about an atm that didnt have funds resulting in my aunt only withdrawing just hundred bucks and the atm saying that there where no funds, now my issue is that my aunt needs to take my son to the doctor and the atm in willowvale inly dispenses 50 at the least and will be charhed to try withdraw the other amount i spoke to a consultant she dropped tje line and was laughing so its funny to her that your atm could not dispense funds i sent and now my aunt is waiting the for me to do something about it, she said she is just in a call center what do i want her to do, what is that? Second calk was to carol, she said shed let me speak to a tl but she wasnt helpful because she transferred me to someone else who is pabalo that one made me wa for another 12 minutes until my airtime cut, for a tl, you guys cant take blame for an atm that ran out of funds thats not her fault and its the only one in willowvale so unfortunately she doesnt have the option ti click no when getting funds. Furthermore how is it based on helping when i ask for help and ni one can actually ask and say we'll try all i keep hereing is no, i want that atm fee to be waived si she can get that 100 left coz i paid for her to withdraw 200 and not 100 because your atm decided it cannot dispense anymore funds, i dont have fancy lawyers but im complaining so many other places yet because infact i want that entire amount crefit and my airtime for trying to call you guys until i give up where you could atleast crrsit the withdrawal fee for the atm not having any funds but no your cuatomer service consultants have lip and want yo make people lives difficult 10.10 wow
