I love my choice of bank and I love the service and the fact that they own up to their mistakes and to what they possibly can to resolve their wrong. Yes u do get those od people whom u after an interaction with u will ask urself how did u get hired by fnb but generally I am happy I love my branch bank city and most of the staff I interacted with the managers that took time to resolve my upgrade nightmare the call center the wonderful staff at Southgate those are my favorite I go there after work to sort out anything and I leave a happy customer. thank you all for the wonderful service . yes I am helped.
