Would not recommend!

Called the bank a week ago to settle my credit card since I paid it in full. The adviso lt told me it would be closed by today and if not to contact them and escalate.

Today I contact them and the advisor tells me my account has never been closed and will only be closed now.

What's even worse is when their systems are down we don't get notified. I work in customer service as the owner of our custoemr facing Tools, when my products go down the first thing I go is add a notice board to inform my customers. Ever wonder why you're losing customers? Your service is horrible!
