Worthless bank

Useless bank! You spend endless hours and trying to get in touch with them. once you do get in touch they refer you to their customer service line, and then even they cant resolve the query. I feel i should have stayed with my old bank, the queues were always long but atleast they had some idea of what they doing. I think staff is just ***********!!!
