Worste call centre in South Africa

The customer service call centre is the most unhelpful I have ever come across. You get sent from pillar to post. Forced to listen to agitating music and then calls just dropping. Bwing provided with 100 numbers before getting through to the correct department if any. I have sent numerous emails and have not received any feedback.

I am so grateful I no longer bank with FNB, Capitec is by far the best bank yet.

I am still waiting for loan paid up letters. Hoping to get these before Christmas 2024...
