Worst value for money and borderline *****ulent

I tried down grading and closing my account multiple times. they have a lot of tactics to make it almost impossible. Then they try and upsell you in the process. I have a private wealth account, and the service suite is useless. I speak to a bot, and have not heard a word from my private banker ever, for any assistance. I am also going to the ombudsman. Their account closure and downgrade diversion tactics are borderline ******** and *****ulent.
