*** (Worst turnaround time ever!)

FNB Homeloans don't respond to emails sent to their department. I sent an email on the 4th of February and the 9th, I haven't received a response on either of the two. It's funny, because they're so eager to assist you with getting a home loan and taking your money, but after that you're on your own. Can't believe how the level of service has dropped from one of our major banking institutions. It's a disgrace.
