Worst than ABSA

Bankers always ignore emails and I have to ALWAYS follow up to get a response. They are just useless and is worst than ABSA. After numerous requests to amend my debit order details, they cancelled my life insurance without even contacting me.

Even trying to resolve the above, they tell me to phone another department at the bank which is just unacceptable.

Even when you phone, 90 % of the time the message just says not available instead of being transferred to someone else.
