Worst telephonic service ever

OMG I Have never had such an experience before, A customer service consultant by the name of Koketso gave me the worst service ever, The consultant was sarcastic and rude over the phone. I asked why FNB double deducted the premium he kept saying "Mam but you need to paaay baaack the money as you were covered for those months" in a very arrogant and sarcastic manner, over an dover He said this like 4 times to top it up after the call He said I must rate his service but he was the first one to hang up the phone!!! I have never had this type of service before with FNB I am super dissapointed as I have been their customer for years I am even of thinking of cancelling my policies with them and go somewhere else if this is the kind of treatment that customers are subject to experience over the phone!!!
