I had left enough funds for the R69.00 debit order to go through

2. FNB is telling me that i need to pay the debit order then it can be reversed (this makes no sense to me and i will not oblige as this is total *******)

3. i would like the R100 that i paid for the debit order that did not go through refunded back to my account please.

I have called the call centre numerous times, yesterday i ws on the phone with FNB for over an hour because i do not have sevices and no one can really tell me anything.

Is this how customers are treated??
