Worst service/no service!

Worst service/no service! Moved to FNB, tried to open accounts for my kids, cards never got delivered, can't transfer/deposit funds. Keep getting transferred to another department just to get cut off. If I request a call back the call rings once and drops. Can't open an account for my oldest son because his surname is different to mine. Best solution is to cancel my accounts and move back to my previous bank.
