Worst Service/Assistance ever gotten from FNB

This is the first time ever writing such a bad review for FNB as I love this bank, but I don't know who to speak to anymore...

I am messaging here, cause no one in a branch can help me, no one in the call centre seems to be willing to help me, and not one coming back to me on email.

In Mid/End 2019, I put myself under Debt Review for Debt Busters to assist me in getting me out of debt. 2 Months and 10k later, they took all of those for admin fees, I have close my policy with them shortly after, and handled my debt myself. I am down from 120k to about 20k left of debt.

The only account still under debt review is my Overdraft that I had.

My overdraft was on 12k, and then my account just dissapeared from my online profile without notificaiton.

I found out in the interim that this overdraft account was moved to a personal loan account.

I have phoned the service desk, sent emails, etc, but my account still doesnt appear on my online profile.

I have also found out that the account now sits on about 15k, which means almost 3k of interest was also added to this account, without my knowledge of where this account is, and how to pay it off.

I just want to clear my name from debt. So please check out my profile, remove all ineterst that was added without my knowledge, and add this account to my profile, so that I can start paying it off.

PLEASE FNB, can I get this sorted ASAP, as I am really getting frustrated about this issue
