Worst service, worst bank, FNB!
In December i called to downgrade my account. A month later nobody called me back. Eventually after multiple calls i lost it and threatened with social media, then only did someone call me and send through documentation. I simply want to downgrade from private clients fusion to gold fusion! This was not done! FNB then cancels my cards without sending me the new card... i now have no way of using my account!! Seriously am considering changing banks - have been with FNB for >30yrs... At this stage i would rather go through the admin on changing debit orders then having the terrible service! Disappointing!!!

09 Feb 2021, 14:24FNB!!! the worst *^**^%%^^%*& bank! a simple downgrade has taken them >10weeks to initiate. then they cancel my cards without sending new card!!! They cancel my card and it was so embarrassing "insufficient funds" while paying for groceries etc. it has since been 4 days and nothing from FNB!!! The courier company then calls my husband to deliver a card to him!! But its my account!!! I honestly do not know what has resulted in the gross deterioration of what was meant to be a world class bank!! Do you know the only time FNB vaguely thought of assisting was after my post this morning!!! Disgusted that you have to be threatened with media before people can actually do their job!!!
