Worst service, worst app!!!

Worst bank ever!! Your services suck! Why when I call the customer care center that I must approve via the app where in the first place I don't have data, second it doesn't come through while I'm on the call, third your system then drops the call as I could not approve the via the app in a timely manner that works for your ad system!!! Who's idea was this?? You're making it more difficult by the day for customers to Interact with you or even stay at fnb!!
