Worst service with FNB

Worst service ever. Was asked to send copy of my ID. Did not get any feedback. When I called in I was advised they cannot accept black and white copy. And was told to go into the bank with just my ID copy. Go into the branch and sat there for almost an hour and still not resolved. I get told they want proof of residence even though I was not told I needed to provide this. Then they refused to accept a copy of my marriege certificate and was told to home and come back with originals. It was such a waste of time and this is not even everything I was told while I was there. I will never deal with this bank again. If this is how difficult it is to open the account imagine when you have an issue as a client
