Worst Service with a private banker
Worst Bank ever, I pay for a private banker every month but absolutely useless, I had a loan with FNB which I settled in 2022 and got a paid up letter but till today 2024 this account appears as arrears because FNB doesn’t want to close this account. I have made phone calls and even gone to the branch without getting assistance.
