Worst service that i have had opening a new account

I opened an account with the to find out that the account is frozen. It took me 1.5 hours to collect the bank card. Then is took me 50 min to get feedback from them on how log it will take for the account to be activated. The last person I spoke to put me on hold for 30 min without talking to me once. They would unmute their headset and I can hear them in the back talking but then I get ignored again. trying to open this account has taken almost 3 hours to get the basics from the company
