Worst service- Reversal and recalls

Worst service ever, l have been waiting for a payment reversal for over 6 weeks, l have contacted them via calls, FNB app and even went to their brand 3 times and l didn’t get proper feedback of where my money is. I am so disappointed and will surely close my account with them as soon as they pay back my money. Okay hat a disappointment!
