Worst service provider

Since March 2017, each and every month I have had issues with FNB Connect. I received a promotional sim card with my cellphone containing 50 free talk minutes and 100MB data. The sim was to be locked but never was. Each month they took debit orders off my account for over and above charges. In May 2017 they acknowledged there error and refunded my debit order fees and then turned around and took the refund back out my account and still did not lock the sim card and continued to take debit orders off my account. After June I stopped using the sim card just to see if any debit orders were still gonna come off and just like I thought, on the 31st July, they took another debit order for not even using the sim card. I then stopped the debit order with my online banking as I have had enough of FNB Connect messing me around every month and giving me endless problems. They then in turn, marked me as a BAD ACCOUNT HOLDER because of an error on there side but continuing to take money off my account when the sim card is suppose to be locked since March 2017. Yesterday a lady named Amy called me and basically told me that its my problem and not theres. I have now blocked the sim card and have had more than enough drama from FNB connect.

Reviewer Update
Up to now, I had someone call me saying that they are busy resolving this matter. Its now been weeks and it is still not resolved and I don't hear anything back from anyone at FNB Connect. The lady that was dealing with this case, said I was going to be refunded for all the debit orders and told me they were gonna resolve the issue with Ebucks, and still nothing has happened. I am disgusted with this horrible service. No regard for their clients and make false promises.
