Worst service Mark ***en

If I had an option to rate FNB zero, I would. Today I was visiting the branch wanted to find out about some banking app stuff and there was a very rude white male whom jumped the queue and said he was waiting early morning out side the premises and he want to use the computer. Then he started shouting at me.I then rep**** to him asking what's his problem .The manager chased me out and went to chat with that customer without hearing my side of the story. I left the branch without being assisted because I was angry. He is *********** & must be taken to a training for conflict management.
