Worst Service / ***********

I have been asking FNB to assist me with releasing someone from my bond from surety for weeks and weeks.I have been asked for the same documents and forms five or six times, no one gets back to you unless you follow up , when you follow up no one can assist you or help. The outstanding documents have nothing to do with what is required however no one is competent to understand the matter .After being loyal to a bank for 32 years when you are easily able to take your business elsewhere - I am disgusted, frustrated and wouldn't recommend them to anyone at this stage. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from FNB Insurance Brokers to First National Bank by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
