Worst service in the world

I have never in the 40 years I have been a client of Barclays Bank and now FNB received such utterly poor service from a bank. I have been trying for two hours to get assistance and have been sent from my so-called 'dedicated team of bankers' on the banking app to one cellphone number after the other, two of which were just cut off by the person on the other side. Totally unprofessional and to be frank, disrespectful and ungracious behaviour. These clerks should be trained and taught to realise who actually pays their salary. Issue still unresolved. Disgusted!!!
