Worst Service in the Universe

FNB is seriously becoming the WORST bank ever. and now even with added flavour of Don't give a Sh*t attitude.

1.Your staff is lazy & uneducated, and do not understand a simple little fact. 2. they DO NOT LISTEN nor READ. 3. NOT helpful at all. 4. Passing the buck quickly.

Paypal cannot control your system update, ive been at this for 4 years now with FNB passing the ball, my Emails are being ignored, my Messages gets ignored

FNB front end does not Update my Email linked to Paypal, and i have video proof of this. I want this resolved in the next 2 days, then im contacting the Obmudsman with all the ignorted emails, chats and im taking this matter further.
