Worst service in the industry

About a week ago I called FNB to request for a business account to be opened,I was advised that I will be called back within 2 to 48hrs.those hours have passed since Thursday last week and still no call.

Why does this company pride itself as one of the best in the industry but give the worst service,Once again am speechless.
