WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE
For the Past two weeks I have been trying to get s settlement letter with you guys, I have Failed, Being Transferred through 4 Departments and still no Help!!!!What kind of Shop Are you guys running over there!!!! Why do we have to COME TO SUCH PLATFORMS FOR HELP?????WHY???????

You guys got back to me, to my excitement I thought My Issues Would be resolved. A couple of people called me and eventually someone called me Last promised to get back to me on Friday and also refer my other matter to the relevant department and Guess what its Monday!!!Can I please have a settlement Letter for My Overdraft facility and Credit Card that's all I'm asking for, can the Right people call me back for these Check my Profile prior to calling me. Please GUYS! Do I really Have to Beg for this Now????
