Worst service in history
I needed legal assistance, so I contacted FNB Justice as I have a policy with them. But I have received the worst service in history. Deon never gave me any feedback, doesn't respond to my emails, months later, eventually send me a email to state that I will get a feedback in 2 days and I never heard from him again. It's been another 3 weeks since. I pay my premiums on time, I really do expect better service.
