Worst Service I have ever received on God's Green earth

I have been with FNB sins 2013 and have always had high praise for them. But this year makes me wonder. 1. I app**** for a consolidation on the 16th Sept. after being sent from pillar to post, had the phone dropped on my ear, agents that are clueless or lie to us - it only paid out on the 23rd. 2. I was under the impression that you do all the heavy lifting but sorting everything out with the credit providers are we dont need to do anything. 2. You "settled" the accounts without getting settlement amounts. Because you paid out so late, debit orders went off anyway. So now I have to phone every one to close the accounts and request refunds
