Worst service I have ever received from any bank

I went into the branch last Tuesday(02/06/2016) to open a new account, I told them I needed the account to eft money to a company, I was told I'll have my card on Friday(04/06/2016), so I wasn't too concerned, it is now Monday(06/06/2016) and I still don't have my card or any form of notification that I can fetch my card. I went to the bank again on Sa****ay(04/06/2016) to find out what is happening and was informed that I can pay via cellphone banking if I set the company as a beneficiary, I didn't have the details with me at the time, so I left, I went in again this morning(06/06/2016) to find out what is happening with my card, to which I had the guy behind the counter tell me it's not there and there's nothing he can do about it, he then proceded to offer me a temp card, which would cost me R80, I rejected it and told him that it's not my fault that they are slow and that I will not be paying anything and that I want them to resolve the issue, to which he just pulled up his shoulders. I then told him to load the company as a beneficiary and explained to him that I have to change the reference every time I eft money to this company, he then proceded to load the company as a beneficiary and set a fixed reference, which absolutely defeats the purpose of my endeavor, as I explained to the guy in the branch. So because of this, my order has been canceled and my reputation has been *****ed, causing me to lose my clients who ordered products from me. Firstly, what kind of bank cannot issue a card in the branch? and make you wait over a week for it? This was not the case with any other bank that I have been with, for example, I have an account with Nedbank(Best bank I have ever been with, with the best service) and I received my card for my new account on the spot, before my account was even active and was able to use my account incuding all the features the next day. Secondly, For what reason would you need a card number to get into internet banking? or to use cellphone banking? This is an extremely flawed and unnecesary concept.. I am NOT happy with the ridiculously bad service this bank has to offer.
