Worst service I have ever received

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I received a bank car two weeks ago that will not be activated no matter what they tell me to do. I have phoned, dealt with a very rude consultant twice. I have gone in to the bank and received rude service, I do everything they say and there is always a new problem I can't log into online banking because they never sent an acc number, I go to the atm with the temp pin and apparently it's invalid. I email all the documents they request and get nothing, no response. In Bank they say no I must do it online. Pathetic. I work hard to pay for them to keep the money I earn, and they don't put in any effort what's so ever.
